  The collections of the Archaeology Department of the District Museum in Toruń contain items made of amber obtained in various ways. These artefacts come from excavations or are loose finds, some have been donated to the museum by private persons. Partially, in the past these formed the collections of two historical scientific societies of Toruń: the Copernicus Society of Science and Art in Toruń (Coppernicus-Verein für Wissenschaft und Kunst zu Thorn) and the Scientific Society in Toruń (Towarzystwo Naukowe w Toruniu). The article presents the basic source data of amber artefacts dating from the Neolithicto the early Middle Ages in the form of a catalogue of finds, together with a brief study andgraphical documentation.;
  Artykuł przedstawia podstawowe dane źródłowe na temat bursztynów  przechowywanych w Dziale Archeologii Muzeum Okręgowego w Toruniu, datowanych od neolitu do wczesnego średniowiecza. Informacje te ujęte są w postaci katalogu znalezisk, wraz z krótkim ich omówieniem i dokumentacją rysunkową.
