The author describes the painting, focus attention to unmentioned for today signature and confirm the authorship of Trycjusz by comparing the painting with others works of the artist. In the article, the patterns, probables founders, and meaning of Salus Populi Romani are shown. Moreover, the act of foundation explain the artistic relation between Strzelce Opolskie and Kingdom of Poland.
