Das Industriezeitalter erfordert die Rechtsicherheit des geistigen Eigentums über kommerzielle Produktentwicklung. Ideen und Inovationen werden wichtige Werte jeder Geschäftstätigkeit, die gegen illegale Nutzung durch unbefugte Personen beschützt werden muss. Dazu muss eine exakte Beschreibung der Erfindung erstellt werden. Die Terminologie in dieser Beschreibung muss so akurat sein, dass der Gegenstand, der geschützt werden soll, genau beschrieben werden kann. Nachdem der Industrialismus global agiert, ist eine korrekte Übersetzung der Terminologie die Voraussetzung für die Übersetzung des Patentes in andere Sprache. In diesem Vortrag, wird der Autor ein Vergleichswertverfahren von technischer Terminologie in einer Form von Patentrecht präsentieren, das man Gebrauchsmusterrechtschutz nennt, und zwar in drei Sprachen: Deutsch, Polnisch und Indonesisch.;
Industrial era requires legal protection of intellectual property. Idea and innovation become valuable inventions that must be protected from unauthorized use by unauthorized persons. For this purpose a reliable description of an invention is very important. Terminology must be specified enough to describe protected product in detail. In the globalized world of industry, properly translated terminology is necessary for translation of patents into another language. In this paper the author presents comparative studies on the technical terminology of a intellectual property right, called protection of the utility model, in German, Polish and Indonesian.;
Era przemysłowa wymaga stosowania prawnej ochrony własności intelektualnej nad rozwojem produktów komercyjnych. Idea i innowacja stają się cennym wynalazkiem w każdym przedsiębiorstwie, który musi być chroniony przed nielegalnym wykorzystaniem przez nieupoważnioną osobę. W tym celu rzetelny opis wynalazku jest bardzo istotny. Terminologia w opisie musi być używana w takim sposób, aby wynalazek będącym obiektem chronionym mógł być doprecyzowany. W zglobalizowanym świecie przemysłowym poprawne tłumaczenie fachowej terminologii jest wymogiem dla przekładu patentów na inny język. W tej pracy autor prezentuje studia porównawcze nad techniczną terminologią pewnego rodzaju prawawłasności intelektualnej, nazywanego ochroną wzoru użytkowego w języku niemieckim, polskim i indonezyjskim.
