  The subject of the article is the current state of discussions on corporate social responsibility (CSR). The aim is to show that the dispute concerning CSR models leads to promoting new proposals of a CSR model, as exemplified by the creating shared values (CSV) model created by Mark R. Kramer and Michael E. Porter, and the conception of the Company-Idea proposed by Jerzy Hausner and Mateusz Zmyślony. The author’s intention is to present argumentation supporting the thesis that there is an urgent necessity to reformulate the traditional models of CSR. The author is convinced that we can find promising inspirations in both new conceptions of CSR.;
  Przedmiotem rozważań podjętych w artykule jest stan współczesnej refleksji o społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu (CRS). Celem artykułu jest wykazanie, że prowadzone od kilkunastu lat dyskusje na temat CSR prowadzą do propozycji nowych modeli CSR, których przykładem są idea CSV (wytwarzanie wspólnej wartości) Marka R. Kramera i Michaela E. Portera i oraz koncepcja Firma-Idea zaproponowana przez Jerzego Hausnera i Mateusza Zmyślonego. Obie propozycje są przykładem nowego ujęcia społecznej roli biznesu i jego wpływu na zmiany klimatyczne. Intencją autorki jest przedstawienie argumentacji na rzecz tezy o konieczności przeformułowania tradycyjnie pojmowanego modelu CSR. W przekonaniu autorki omawiane w artykule nowe propozycje stanowią obiecującą inspirację dla dalszych poszukiwań w tym zakresie.
