The aim of this article was to provide an overview of unfair market practices in the food supply chain. In order to achieve this objective relevant European Union and Spanish legal provisions were analysed. Next, successive stages of the agri-food chain and the legal forms of the protection of competition at each of these stages have been presented, followed by a postulate to implement at each of them legislative and fiscal measures that would increase the competitiveness of food producers. In this way agricultural associations could achieve a higher degree of integration and in consequence increase the bargaining power in the market, strengthening their position in the food chain.;
  Prácticas comerciales desleales en la cadena de suministro de alimentos Resumen   El presente trabajo se centra en la atomización existente en la cadena alimentaria y en la capacidad negociadora de los productores a través de las organizaciones de productores de frutas y hortalizas; así, como de las medidas para mejorar la cadena alimentaria unido a la incidencia de la defensa de la competencia. Celem rozważań jest przybliżenie problematyki nieuczciwych praktyk rynkowych w łańcuchu dostaw żywności. Aby zrealizować tak określony cel, analizie poddane zostało prawodawstwo Unii Europejskiej oraz hiszpańskie. Autorka zaprezentowała poszczególne etapy łańcucha rolno-żywnościowego i prawne formy ochrony konkurencji na każdym z nich. Według autorki na każdym z tych etapów producenci żywności powinni być wspierani środkami legislacyjnymi i fiskalnymi, które zwiększają ich konkurencyjność, co z kolei przekłada się na wyższy niż dotychczas stopień integracji w ramach stowarzyszeń rolniczych. W ten sposób wzrasta siła przetargowa producentów na rynku, a jednocześnie wzmocnieniu ulega ich pozycja w stosunku do innych uczestników łańcucha żywnościowego.
