  Every person in life and at work wants to act in accordance with one's values and principles, to have a harmonious conscience. The right to conscientious objection stems from the freedom and dignity of the human person. Objection expresses the primacy of conscience in relation to the law. Conscientious objection is understood as a reaction to the mismatch between people management practices (objective function) to the conscience of the individual. Conscientious objection is a value in itself, helps to create a better world. Regarding management, there is a need to seek a balance between the quality of the organization and the individual conscience. Quality of the organization (management) defined by the purpose and functions of management should be verified by the ethical standards.;
  Człowiek potrzebuje żyć i pracować zgodnie z pewnymi zasadami i wartościami, w  harmonii ze swoim sumieniem. Wyraża sprzeciw sumienia w wypadku działań naruszających jego godność. Należy podkreślić, że prawo sumienia jest nadrzędne wobec prawa stanowionego. Natomiast sprzeciw człowieka w organizacji jest reakcją jego sumienia na praktyki niezgodne z misją przedsiębiorstwa. Dlatego jakość organizacji przejawiająca się w jej celu i funkcjach powinna być weryfikowana przez standardy etyczne.
