  This article discusses the problem of practical education, offered mainly in vocational colleges. Training practice is the most important feature of this line of education, says the Author. She discusses training practice as an obligatory element of the educational process and explains how the college is responsible for its smooth running. She also discusses training practice as an employer’s offer. She points out the similarities and differences among practices realised by the universities, practices realised by vocational colleges and practices which are offered by employers. It follows from the foregoing discussion and from the research findings that organisation and realisation of training practice are not at all smooth. It is important that the agreement between the college and the employer guarantee that the training programme will be realised but it is equally important that the employer will be able to train and recruit future employees.;
  Artykuł jest poświęcony problematyce kształcenia praktycznego, realizowanego przede wszystkim w uczelniach zawodowych. Za podstawowy element tego kształcenia autorka uznaje praktyki zawodowe. W opracowaniu omawia praktyki jako obowiązkowy element procesu kształcenia, za którego realizację odpowiedzialna jest uczelnia, a także praktyki jako ofertę pracodawców. Ukazuje podobieństwa i różnice w realizacji praktyk w uczelniach akademickich i zawodowych oraz praktyk realizowanych jako oferta pracodawców. Z przedstawionych rozważań oraz przytoczonych wyników badań można wysnuć wniosek, że organizacja i realizacja praktyk napotykają różnego rodzaju trudności. Jest istotne, aby porozumienia zawierane między uczelnią i pracodawcami umożliwiały jej realizację programu kształcenia, a pracodawcy - przygotowanie i rekrutację przyszłych pracowników.
