  This article aims to indicate the need for amending the Code of Civil Procedureto the extent that the civil procedure does not provide the possibility of revision ofa judgment in civil proceedings on the basis of a ruling made by an international body.Such a conclusion results from the analysis of the currently applicable regulations on thepossibility of reopening civil proceedings against the background of similar regulationsconcerning administrative court proceedings and criminal proceedings, taking into accountthe validity of EU regulations. The whole issue will be presented against the background offundamental principles governing the legal system as such.;
  Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu wskazanie konieczności zmian w Kodeksie postępowaniacywilnego w zakresie, w jakim procedura cywilna nie przewiduje możliwościwznowienia postępowania cywilnego na podstawie orzeczenia organu międzynarodowego.Do takiej konkluzji prowadzi analiza obecnie obowiązujących regulacji dotyczących możliwościwznowienia postępowania cywilnego na tle analogicznych regulacji dotyczących postępowania sądowoadministracyjnego oraz postępowania karnego z uwzględnieniem obowiązywaniaprzepisów unijnych. Całość zostanie przedstawiona na tle fundamentalnych zasadrządzących systemem prawa jako takim.
