  The article discusses – mainly for German lexical borrowings – manuscripts from the period of the First World War. Germanisms contained in the letters Stanislaus Dudzinski (countryman from Great Poland) clearly divided into two groups because of the way borrowings: acquired through official channels (foreign language official), transferred through natural social contacts. Analyzed Germanisms often be adjusted by the author of the letters to the Polish language system. Clearly exposes the problem of linguistic interference – in the studied materials is an example of mixing Polish language (regional variation – narrated in the form of saved) with German (official variant).;
  W artykule zostały omówione – głównie pod kątem niemieckich zapożyczeń leksykalnych – materiały rękopiśmienne z okresu I wojny światowej. Germanizmy zawarte w listach Stanisława Dudzińskiego (chłopa wielkopolskiego) wyraźnie dzielą się na dwie grupy ze względu na sposób zapożyczenia: nabytych drogą oficjalną (obcy język urzędowy), przeniesionych poprzez naturalne kontakty społeczne. Analizowane germanizmy często dostosowywane są przez autora listów do polskiego systemu językowego. Wyraźnie uwidacznia się problem interferencji językowej – w badanych materiałach mamy przykład przemieszania języka polskiego (odmiana regionalna – mówiona w formie zapisanej) z językiem niemieckim (odmiana oficjalna).
