Artykuł porusza także temat czasowych granic możliwości dochodzenia uprawnień w reżimie rękojmi. Ponadto praca także obejmuje swym zakresem temat odpowiedzialności odszkodowawczej w przypadku wad fizycznych rzeczy sprzedanej.
