Wiktor Zin, then the general conservator of monuments [in the rank of deputy minister of culture and art], who finally approved the artistic design by the team: Bogdan Pietruszka, sculptors Elżbieta Szczodrowska-Peplińska and Robert Pepliński, and the architect Wiesław Szyślak.</em>
