  The change of the can. 230 § 1 of the CIC made by pope Francis in 2021, even if seems to be very small, brings some very significant effects. The addition of women  to the miniseries of the Church concerns not only the problem of its theological grounds but it creates also a practical challenge. This practical side of the access of the women to the ministeries in the Catholic Church is the axis of this paper.;
  Wprowadzona w 2021 r. przez papieża Franciszka zmiana brzmienia kan. 230 § 1 Kodeksu Prawa Kanonicznego, chociaż z pozoru drobna, niesie za sobą bardzo znaczące skutki. Dopuszczenie do posług w Kościele kobiet wiąże się bowiem nie tylko z teologicznym uzasadnieniem, ale stanowi również praktyczne wyzwanie. Ta właśnie praktyczna strona dopuszczania kobiet do posług w Kościele stanowi kanwę refleksji w niniejszym artykule.
