  he importance of adult education in the process of building intergenerational relationships has been emphasized in andragogy for many years. The growing differences between generations results from various events, historical, socio-cultural experiences and the current rapid development of modern information and communication technologies. The article presents selected problems related to multigenerationalism in the Polish ageing society. Searching for solutions for building bonds between people of different ages is an important challenge for andragogists and gerontologists nowadays. The described examples of places and learning spaces for adults from different generations show opportunities for intergenerational dialogue and breaking stereotypes about young and older adults.;
  Znaczenie edukacji dorosłych w procesach budowania relacji międzypokoleniowych jest podkreślane w andragogice od wielu lat. Coraz silniejsza odmienność pokoleń wynika z różnych zdarzeń, doświadczeń historycznych, społeczno-kulturowych i obecnego szybkiego rozwoju nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych. W artykule przedstawiono wybrane problemy powiązane z wielopokoleniowością w polskim starzejącym się społeczeństwie. Szukanie rozwiązań dotyczących budowana więzi pomiędzy osobami w różnym wieku jest aktualnym, ważnym wyzwaniem dla andragogów i gerontologów. Opisane przykłady miejsc, przestrzeni uczenia się dorosłych z różnych pokoleń pokazują szanse na dialog międzypokoleniowy oraz łamanie stereotypów dotyczących ludzi młodych i starszych.
