Widok wzdłuż chodnika przy murze zakładów "Bałtyk" u zbiegu ul.Kościuszki i ul. Grunwaldzkiej, na chodniku ludzie przyglądający sie pracy grupy plakatowej Działu Propagandy NSZZ Solidarność, tzw. "parszywej dwunastki". Na murze widoczne fragmenty napisu "ŻĄDAMY DOSTĘPU DO R i TV". Napis odnosił się do sytuacji, gdy media publiczne przedstawiały zniekształcone i przekłamane informacje o Solidarności, zaś jej działacze nie mieli możliwości występowania i swobodnego wypowiadania się w mediach.
