Na karcie ochronnej widnieje odręczna dedykacja upamiętniająca to wydarzenie: Towarzystwu Przyjaciół Nauk w Poznaniu składa w ofierze Prof. Wituski 2. 3. [18]91. Sam Leon Wituski podpisał się także na karcie ochronnej: Dr. Wituski. Druk oprawiony został w białą świńską skórę z dekoracją uzyskaną techniką ślepego tłoczenia.;
Ciekawostką w tym egzemplarzu są dwie wklejone ilustracje pochodzące z niezidentyfikowanego druku poświęconego budowie przyrządów astronomicznych. Na karcie 79 umieszczono ilustrację przedstawiającą Alchitot Sive Axis Clavus czyli rodzaj śruby stanowiącej oś sfery armilarnej, wokół której obracają się jej pierścienie. Na karcie 117 zaś znajduje się schemat płaskiego astrolabium.;
Noty w języku łacińskim na kilku kartach – XVI w; częściowo naniesiona korekta błędów; errata; na kartach 79 i 117 wklejone dwie drzeworytnicze ryciny z przedstawieniem instrumentów astronomicznych; ślady zawilgoceń; konserwacja w 2022 r.;
