W ramach kompleksowych badań nad wolnożyjącą izolowaną populacją Clethrionomys glareolus określono rozrodczość tej populacji w jednym sezonie rozrodczym. Oparto się głównie na danych empirycznych, jak N - liczebność populacji, N♀ - liczebnośc samic, Nᵖ - liczebność samic ciężarnych (samice ciężarne wyróżniono analizując rozmazy pochwowe) oraz na informacjach z literatury, dotyczących tᵖ - czas trwania ciąży, L - liczby młodych w miocie.;
