In the following parts, the author discusses: 1) the history of research on polish dialectal phraseology; 2) achievements in this field; 3) methods used to describe dialectal phraseological material; 4) research perspectives (most of all the most urgent needs); 5) ways to use dialectal phraseology by representatives of other fields.;
  Artykuł stanowi podsumowanie dotychczasowych badań w zakresie polskiej frazeologii gwarowej. W kolejnych częściach autor omawia: 1) historię badań nad polską frazeologią gwarową; 2) dorobek w tej dziedzinie; 3) metody wykorzystywane do opisu gwarowego materiału frazeologicznego; 4) perspektywy badań (przede wszystkim najpilniejsze potrzeby); 5) sposoby wykorzystywania frazeologii gwarowej przez przedstawicieli innych dziedzin.
