Description:
The purpose of the work is to define a pattern of conduct in the participatory process regarding space management. The research was carried out in two different areas – in a small town andin a large city housing estate. In the study, the key was to combine theoretical knowledge about social participation with its implementation in practice in various types of areas. For the development of the management scheme were mainly used the participation program developed by Pawłowska and the quadruple helix model. On the other hand, verification of the adopted assumptions took place during direct contact of the research group with the local community and observation of its involvement in particular stages of the participation process. The described study focused primarily on the inclusion of the local community at the opinion-making and decision-making stages. Opinions on the space and functionality of the environment expressed by the respondents were of particular importance in the conducted research of a social nature. The analysis is an attempt to systematize activities aimed at developing a practical approach to cooperation with residents in planning activities.;
Celem pracy jest określenie schematu postępowania w procesie partycypacyjnym dotyczącym gospodarowania przestrzenią. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w dwóch zróżnicowanych obszarach – w małej miejscowości oraz na osiedlu dużego miasta. Kluczowe było zestawienie wiedzy teoretycznej na temat partycypacji społecznej z jej wdrażaniem w praktyce w różnego rodzaju obszarach. Do opracowania schematu postępowania wykorzystano głównie program partycypacji opracowany przez Pawłowską oraz model poczwórnej helisy. Proces badawczy oparto na metodologii PAR (badania partycypacyjne w działaniu). Natomiast weryfikacja przyjętych założeń miała miejsce podczas bezpośredniego kontaktu grupy badawczej ze społecznością lokalną oraz obserwacjijej zaangażowania w poszczególne etapy procesu partycypacji. W opisywanym badaniu skoncentrowano się przede wszystkim na włączeniu społeczności lokalnej na etapie opiniotwórczym i decyzyjnym. Szczególne znaczenie w pracach badawczych o charakterze społecznym miały opinie na temat przestrzeni oraz funkcjonalności otoczenia wyrażane przez badanych. Przeprowadzona analiza jest próbą usystematyzowania działań w celu wypracowania praktycznego podejścia do współpracy z mieszkańcami w działaniach planistycznych.
