  The Internet as a new means of communication promotes the emergence of new ways of expressing thoughts and emotions. Our brief analysis of the techniques for verbalizing positive emotions on the Internet shows that Internet users have found ways to solve these problems. The graphic and lexical means they use allow them to express the entire range of experiences. Prolongation and chanting replace phonetic means, emoticons convey facial expressions, duplicated punctuation marks express the power of emotions. The statements of Internet users are characterized by brevity, because saving time is also one of the features of communication in the virtual space. It should be noted, however, that this saving does not affect the impoverishment of the emotional component of Communications.
